The incident unfolded in Pipiganj, where a seven-year-old girl went missing during a wedding ceremony last night. On Saturday morning, CO Anurag Singh and the PP Ganj police team, along with the forensic team, arrived and began collecting evidence. The drone camera footage installed at the venue revealed a youth taking the girl out of the pandal.
Based on the footage, the accused was identified as Ashok Nishad, a resident of the same village. Police promptly arrested him and began questioning him. The accused youth has been apprehended, according to the police. Given the gravity of the case, all aspects are being thoroughly investigated, and strict action will be taken based on the evidence.
